All classes are held in Superior's Culinary Center, 4550 S. Brust, St. Francis. You'll enjoy cooking with expert local chefs in our state-of-the-art kitchen. Register early - class sizes are limited so that each participant can ask questions and get the personal attention they deserve.

Sandwiches can be exciting! We'll learn how to create masterpieces that would make the Earl of Sandwich stop playing cards! Learn press and panini techniques and how to combine ingredients to make any sandwich special. This is a hands-on class.
